The 3.5 Hour Workweek

Let me ask you a question…

If I deposited one hundred million dollars in your bank account and handed you $5,000 in cash every morning, how would you live?

Let’s assume you’ve done the traveling, bought the fancy house and cars, donated to charity, or whatever else you’d wanna do once you get the deposit.

Now you’re back to daily life in your new day-to-day version of reality.

What would you do? What’s your perfect average Tuesday?

For me, the answer has been the same for over a decade.

I’d wake up and write only what I want to write. I wouldn’t write something just because it would make money. I would write only the things that truly inspire me. Books, screenplays, stand up.

Then I’d record whatever videos come to my mind. I’d hire whoever I needed to to get them done. That could be YouTube videos, a tv show, a film, etc.

Then I’d play games, sports, or exercise.

3 to 5 nights a week I’d do stand up.

I’m pretty much living that life now. The only difference is sometimes I write about things I’m not that interested in. I don’t do stand up as often as I’d like. And I don’t have $100,000,000 in the bank to fund whatever tv shows, films, or videos I want to create.

Otherwise, I’m living my ideal day most days.

That’s really the goal of most people, whether they’re aware of it or not.

The goal isn’t a certain amount of commas in the bank. It’s not a business with a certain value. It’s not a net worth. It’s not a distant future of someday where you’ll retire and everything will be perfect.

Someday can be here a lot sooner than most people think - IF you design a business the correct way.

All you have to do is build backwards from your ideal day.

Start with the end in mind. Put life first and let the business fall into the cracks of time you have left over.

That starts with building a business in an intentional way.

35 minutes a day, 6 days a week and you’ve got the 3.5 hour workweek. Although I’d recommend breaking it up in a way that suits YOUR lifestyle.

I personally prefer to not work on weekends. If I were truly only going to do a 3.5 hour workweek I’d do all the work on Monday and take the rest of the week off.

At this point, I’m 35 years old. I’ve sold over $200,000,000 worth of stuff online for clients and myself.

I’ve built four different seven figure companies without having to work a lot.

I think there’s one simple sentence that has allowed me to live this life of near total freedom.

Build your business around your life, not your life around your business.

If you fit your life in around your business, your life will start to fall through the cracks. You’ll fill in more and more time with business.

Or more likely you’ll fill in it with BUSYness. Doing stuff that feels like you’re doing stuff but isn’t actually doing important stuff.

There’s fundamental flaw with the word business, it has busy in the word. People mistake being busy with doing business.

I’ve personally found that the more “life” I live, the more effective I am with my time. If I have all day to do everything, I'm less effective with my time and energy.

The 3.5 Hour Workweek Workshop is where I’m gonna build a new business from scratch in 3.5 hours on Zoom. This will be a LIVE Virtual Workshop that WILL be recorded. The recordings will be edited into shorter bite sized videos so you can rewatch or watch for the first time if you can’t make it LIVE.

The Workshop will take place on Friday, June 27th at 11am Pacific time. It will last for 3.5 hours.

Each video will also have a written summary so you can follow along easily, even if you don’t like watching videos.

During the workshop you’ll watch and follow along to build your own business in real-time. By the end of the workshop you’ll have all the copy you need to start your own 3.5 Hour Workweek business. All you’ll have to do is copy and paste it into whatever tool you wanna use to run the biz.

At the end of the workshop I’ll be handing this business over to a friend of mine to run. He’s going to take the business from NOTHING to making his first $1,000 in just 90 days.
